The way I define the term Neurodiversity is a way to describe how our brains all work differently. This applies to every one of us. We all have unique genetics and life experiences that make us unique and Neurodiverse.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy is a compassionate approach to therapy that affirms and supports neurodivergent differences in us all. This is a non-pathologizing approach that focuses on ways to acknowledge and work on areas of difficulty while also highlighting strengths and differences that are unique to every single person.
